The staff waa incredibly kind and very helpful! The site itself is older and can see areas where it appears older. We enjoy staying here because it is very close to our family and a great price.

Checked in after dark. When we got to the room, all the lamps were off so the switch wouldn’t work. Had to fiddle in the dark to find the lights. Other than that the room was fine and large. Breakfast was awful! We went to eat at 7, an hour after breakfast started and there was barely anything left. Hot breakfast had a couple biscuits left and a scoop of eggs. At no time did it get refilled. Coffee was empty l, water was empty. The lady working the dining area was too busy talking to the girl behind the check in desk than to make sure things were being filled. Only thing I saw her fill was the yogurts. And every chair in the dining area had rips and tears in the pleather.

We pulled up hotels, in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Selected comfort suites. After picking out our rooms and dates, we booked and paid through Expedia. It booked us in a city an hour and a half away and in the opposite direction of where we were traveling. And not where we chose on the website.
