Oceanfront, steps from beach

This fantastic oceanfront beach home was built in 2002. Amazing views from every room! The downstairs living space is open and perfect for watching the waves, reading, games around the table or gathering to eat. It has been comfortably furnished for that 'beach cottage' look. The downstairs bedroom has an adjustable queen and twin with TV. There is also a spare twin in the closet under the stairs. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, TV and a reading nook that can double as a small office if you’re working from the beach……although it’s hard to concentrate on work with that view! There is also a laundry room upstairs.

Pull up an Adirondack chair and sit on the deck to watch the sunset. Beach access is direct from southern corner of front yard. Tierra Del Mar is a peaceful community with miles of beach stretching north to the estuary and ending to the south at Cape Kiwanda.

We love coming here. The ocean is right there to enjoy sunset and crashing waves and the house is comfortable and cozy. The hosts are thoughtful and responsive. Great rental!

This wonderful oceanfront house is steps from the sand and has a panoramic ocean view. Tierra Del Mar is nestled between the Sitka Sedge Natural Area to the north and the Cape Kiwanda Natural Area to the south. Both can be explored on foot from the home. If you are not exploring, you can watch a storm as we did and finish your current book. The kitchen window frames Haystack Rock in Pacific City, two miles to the south. The kitchen is well-equipped to meet any cooking needs. We had a great time.

Fantastic Location
We had a wonderful stay at this property in Tierra del Mar. We've stayed in the town before, so we knew the beach wouldn't be at all crowded--and it wasn't. We've never stayed at a place with such easy access to beach. We loved walking on the beach (even in the rain!) and sitting in the chairs watching the ocean through those fabulous windows. We took a couple of short trips to nearby places, but mostly just stayed around the house and beach. A wonderful, relaxing getaway!

LOVED the Eastburn's beach house! We have visited twice now and plan another trip in spring. It is extremely clean and comfortable and the ocean is just steps away. Each time we have visted, the beach has been very quiet, may have seen 10 people the whole time we were there...loved that! We will be back soon!!!!

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect, view of the beach was amazing from the big picture windows. Very private, we practically had the beach to ourselves. The weather was supposed to be rainy but we lucked out with 4 beautiful days for hiking and golfing! Would definitely recommend!

A view and sand at your feet!
Our family spent over a week at this home and would go back in a second. Located right on an awesome beach that goes on for miles, it's exactly what you picture your beach vacation to be. The house has all the fixin's and comfort you expect, the view even better than the photos. My favorite part was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves in the lovely master suite, and waking up to sound of the seagulls. Heaven!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The views are amazing, the house and area were quiet except for the sounds of the ocean once you open the window or step outside. Truely an amazing place. The house was very clean, well stocked with great directions, and well cared for. There were plenty of fresh towels, lots of quality utensils in the kitchen, and the views, still can say enough about the views! We are ready to go back and this next time we will stay 7-10 days. Thank you again for sharing this wonderful home!
