Everlong Residential presents this 3-BR Lake Wylie Stay, a blend of peace and fun at this lil' slice of heaven. Just minutes away from town, with everything you could need, you'll somehow feel like you're miles away from the hustle n' bustle. Whatever your plans are, this cozy cottage-like experience will not disappoint. Lake life is for everyone!

Enter to main hallway with half bath, leading into the large kitchen space with island style seating area. Both queen bedrooms are off of this space, each with a full bathroom connected. At the lower landing (down 4 steps), a spacious dining area and separate living area that leads out to the large fully screened in back porch. Third bedroom with two bunk beds off of this space (must share full bathrooms attached to other bedrooms).

You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. As 25x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

SAFETY DEVICES: 
Exterior security cameras present: We have a doorbell security camera at the front door, one at the driveay, and one in the back yard at the boat dock. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
