"An amazing place tucked away in the countryside but conveniently located for lots of the area’s attractions. We came in late Sept and the weather was warm enough for us to picnic our evening meal on the terrace in peace and quiet. The hosts are brilliant nothing is too much trouble and spent time explaining the best places to go. The rooms are of a really high standard and decorated impressively. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. "

"We checked in late but Christophe was waiting for us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and very quaint, typically French which was just what we wanted. Our room was fabulous, beautifully decorated and welcoming (warm and cosy). Breakfast was continental and filled us up for the day ahead with breads/yoghurts/cereals. This a small family run hotel which suited us well and we will definitely recommended to friends and family. One small thing to note is the availability of restaurants...

"This was the second time we stayed at gite la grave haute sud and it was just as amazing as the previous time. It’s a great spacious house with a beautiful garden and view. Very calm and private nook in the lovely Dordogne. The location is perfect if you want to discover everything the Dordogne has to offer or even for a day trip to Bordeaux. Felix was as attentive and nice as ever. We definitely want to visit a third time! "

"For the price I paid I was VERY Happy with Résidence Lagrange Vacances Le Clos des Vignes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to the park / beach . We ate out most of the time but everything appeared to be within the apartment for those who eat in. Furniture a bit jaded, but again for what I paid for it I can't complain. Would definitely return. "This was a lovely old house from another era, an adorable private garden and situated at the quiet end of a lovely village. Could use some renovation and a more modern kitchen, if you were going to stay longer than a few days, but was fine for our short stay. Mr. Tixier was available just around the corner and by phone at a moment's notice which we really appreciated. He was responsive and nice--the things you need when travelling, as we were, in another country :) "

La piscine très propre permet de se rafraichir en admirant le paysage tout autour. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Petits commerces de qualité à quelques kilomètres et de nombreuses ballades possibles. Excellent accueil par des propriétaires très sympathiques. "
