"This is a golfer’s paradise. My golfer uncle from US would love this place. I am not a golfer but stayed at the lodges to attend a wedding in nearby Athy. The receptionists were lovely and extremely helpful. I should have taken their names. A special shoutout to the manager (again I didn’t take her name) of Hermione's Restaurant Friday evening 1st May and Saturday’s morning 2nd May for breakfast. She was very friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful accommodation and delicious food. If you are a golfer, this will be a dream vacation. "Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and lovely grounds. We had dinner at the restaurant where service was exceptional and food was great. Breakfast lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. We informed the hotel it was our wedding anniversary and they provided sweet treats in the room which was really thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Wonderful only thing remote did not work to put on tv. A nice person arrived stating batteries might be low, fiddled with remote, finally got it working, not really explaining the fault after it was turned off it did not work again. Did not bother them again. Otherwise 💯 will go back"
