"Wow! What a place. The pictures on the listing looked pretty incredible, and in person was even better! My family and I loved the castle. I think the location was great, in that we were able to take day trips and see a number of places on our list (Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle, Blarney Stone, Cliffs of Moher, Kilkenny, Kinsale, Killarney, Dublin). "We chose this cottage in the country to experience the local towns, people, the food, & history. We rented a car & used the cottage as base. Each day we drove to a different castle or locale.Even the Cliffs of Moher was a day trip. Roscrea village was close for groceries. Denise & Joe were very friendly, helpful, kind, & wonderful hosts. Loved all the decor, books, location & Denise’s Irish soda bread was YUMMY! Highly recommend. Debbi & Perry"
