"We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool! We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend this super friendly hotel. "

Staff lost a part of our luggage and had a rude staff member for a late greeting (11pm) at door and wouldn’t let us order room service. All in all would stay again as location and parking are great!
