"I had to book a last minute stay for a trade show in Detroit, and the Barsala was a good value option. The room was in great shape, very clean and comfortable. Also of most importance, it's within walking distance from the Huntington Place. I recommend."

No communication between staff and front desk person (system). I was told to get my stuff, when I already paid for a night. I got int a heated conversation with the GM which was not necessary if they checked their system correctly.
