Room 101 is extremely loud and the whole room shakes every time someone open and closes the exterior door, which happens often, as this is a location many people go out of to smoke. No other issues with property or staff.

Front desk was not very kind when we arrived. Room was clean but the walls were not clean even a footprint on the ceiling. This plce lacked attention to details in cleaning. Bed and floor was clean.

We have stayed at this property once or twice a year since it was brand new. (Relatives live in the area.) This time was very disappointing. When we walked in the room there were loogies spit on the wall that had not been cleaned. Our refrigerator didn't work. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. Our pillows had gross stains on them. The breakfast was the worst it had ever been.(Overcooked and very little options compared to the past) Positives. The beds are always very comfortable. The girl at the desk was very nice and tried to help when they were short-handed. We were just sad to see this hotel drop so far. We had always bragged about it and recommended it to people heading to this area. Hopefully it was just a bad experience and it will be better next time.

Room was clean and stocked. The reason for 4 stars is the bathroom is very small and tight. Also refresh of paint and finishes is needed. But it’s clean. Overall, a nice stay and very nice staff! We would stay again!
