"We thoroughly enjoyed the home. We walked in and had a Christmas tree there. That was exciting. Getting to the place has some sketchy properties, but not the fault of the property owner. However, the fireplace didn’t work which was disappointing. We were told they were out of propane but didn’t get filled. The jacuzzi jets didn’t work either. "Cabin was exactly as pictured. Well appointed and incredibly clean. Photos don't do the rock shower justice. Was decorated with a touch of Christmas to give it a festive feel. Host was communicative and we had zero issues. Would very much recommend. Town itself is very cute and Rita at the Rainbow Cafe makes to die for pie. Was everything we hoped for a quiet getaway."

"If you're looking for a quiet, secluded, and romantic getaway - this is it! The views were breathtaking and the cabin has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway. The only comment I would make is to be very careful driving in. The road is carved out of the mountainside and the turns are very sharp. We were in a 4x4 truck so it wasn't a deal for us, but I could definitely see it being a little weary in a car. Be mindful and you should be just fine!"

"My wife and I needed a couple of days way. This place was great! It was so quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy and everything was as described. At night there was no real ambient light. You can sit in the hot tub and star gaze. It was exactly as described in the listing. I look forward to coming back this summer and bringing my adult children"

"This house was near perfect! Everything was so organized and easy to use. Loved the two kitchen bar areas. Loved the extra refrigerator in the laundry room. Loved all the seating and open den area. Loved the automatic pool cover so we could relax with toddlers playing around in the yard after we finished swimming. Loved the deck overlooking the pool. Beds were so comfortable and air conditioner sufficient. Loved the windows and view of the lake. Would LOVE to return! "
