"The house was exactly as described and was as nice as it looked in the photos. The property contact was very responsive and communicated well. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens available, kitchen well stocked, and all appliances and fixtures are updated. This was originally planned for my three adult sons to stay, but I ended up staying there several nights. Was a great location to visit family in Cromwell. We stayed 10 nights and would highly recommend. "

"Upon completion of my stay, I was informed that, in addition to a “cleaning fee”, I'd be charged for defective appliances in the property. These were defective before my arrival. Despite the listing claiming inclusion of parking, it does not and I was charged further for parking. During the check in process, the lock didn't work and I had to wait for maintenance to manually unlock."

It was clean and very well stocked (i.e. the kitchen had everything from plates/silverware, coffee maker, electric kettle, colander, etc. even a tandoor); and there was even laundry detergent. The host clearly wants his guests to feel at home. Also, he responded immediately when I called/texted to ask a question while there. "

"We stayed at this property with another couple while visiting family near at the Yale Peabody Museums. It was spacious for the four of us, and for having others join us for hanging out time. Loved having Nick's across the street and G Cafe down the block. Comes with parking, which is great, we were just a little confused about it at first. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. "This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!"
