This beautifully appointed 2 Bed/2 Bath w Tub condo sleeps 6 comfortably! Make yourself right at home on the comfy couches in the living room w/expandable dining table & enough chairs for everyone. Take a nap on the lovely, cushioned window seat overlooking downtown buildings. See Lake Erie from every room with a window!

✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they would their own home.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, PETS and SMOKING are not allowed inside the unit (e.g. marijuana, vapes, cigarettes, etc.)

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ STRICT QUIET HOURS 9PM - 7AM "Especially Outdoor"

✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee

✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check out request are seldomely approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

Guest Access:
For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.

We will share very specific guest access with you post booking. You will get instructions on getting in to the main entrance. You will also receive instructions for an App or access code for the door to the unit on the 6th floor.

Our unit is located on the sixth floor, and while there is an elevator in the building, we do not list it as an amenity. This is because we cannot guarantee its availability at all times, as its operation is outside of our control.

• The Warehouse District is a nationally recognized historic district located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. On September 30, 1982, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Cleveland Warehouse District. We are on St Clair between W3rd and W6th above all the restaurants.
• In the first half of the 19th century, this neighborhood was part of Cleveland's original residential area. Later in the century, it became the center of Cleveland's wholesale commercial area, and was occupied by warehousing and distribution terminals for more than 100 years.
• The area is historically anchored by major skyscrapers that echo Cleveland's industrial past.

Directly across the street from the front door there is a parking lot where you can pay to park overnight or by the day/per entrance/exit. The proximity directly across the street makes the parking lot visible from the condo. This is a well-lit pretty safe parking lot but for your security, please make sure to lock your car. Their rates vary based on events and other demand.

There is a small lot at the rear of the building between W 4th and W 6th and is simply called the W 6th lot. The Rear Lot has a kiosk as well as an automated machine. There are a total of 3 parking areas directly adjacent to the Arcade - Parking could be an issue during special events. There is also construction demands effecting parking so Parking availability and pricing is never guaranteed

Great Cleveland stay
We stayed to visit with family in the area and attend a Browns game. Amazing location to walk to the game and so many restaurants. We felt safe and had an easy time with parking (at the lot right next to the building) and everything was comfortable and clean!

The elevators were not working! We were informed the day of check in. It was a struggle getting up and down 6 flights of stairs! Fantastic location! Clean Linens were wonderful! Towels soft and plentiful. Hope to stay again in the future
