Step into our inviting multi-family residence featuring Unit 1, a roomy 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor. Enjoy a private entrance and complete seclusion for a cozy and comfortable stay - your perfect home away from home.

Please note that Unit 1 is a self-contained apartment and not the entire house.

For your comfort and convenience, Unit 1 provides one dedicated garage space, and the second parking option is located on the concrete pad in the rear, guaranteeing the safety and welfare of your vehicle. We kindly ask our guests to make use of the designated parking and avoid using the driveway.

➜ IMPORTANT NOTE: It's crucial to be aware that there's just ONE parking space accessible in the parking garage for each reservation.

Your security and ease of access are important to us, which is why we've equipped the unit with a smart lock for a hassle-free check-in and check-out process.

We understand that your pets are a part of your family, and they are welcome here.

Note: Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.

Everything we needed!
This apartment was fantastic all around. The spaces, furniture, and fixtures were all clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to interact with. The location couldn't have been more perfect---convenient to places we needed to go, yet on a quiet street.
