One word …Fantastic … this was my first visit to Ohio from the west coast and I must say Morgan and Nicole went above and beyond to assist . The shuttle drivers were outstanding given the weather conditions and I will definitely stay again when I come to town for business

They said they would clean the room every other day. We stayed 4 nights and it was never cleaned. Not a huge deal, but they shouldn't claim something they don't mean. Stayed there for the EV charger they offered. It was Loop. A little difficult to get to work. We only ate the free breakfast on the morning of our departure, but there wasn't enough room, so we took it up to our room.
