This was a tired facility that looked terrible. Everything was worn and falling apart. The staff were not accommodating and there was not a room available at noon and a later check out could not be arranged. The breakfast was over priced and tasted horribly. I do not plan on ever going to a Double tree again. The reason I stayed here was because I had a wonderful experience many years ago at the Double Tree in Charleston. I would expect Expedia drop them from their offerings.

**Avoid at all costs** Recently stayed here for a trip to watch the browns play for two nights, apart from the hotel being in a good location (short walk to stadium and downtown) there isn’t much else that’s good about it, the hotel the room was basic which we expected but was absolutely filthy, the bathroom was a disgrace, again filthy,the bath had major stains, we had no towels - which we had to go back down to reception and ask for more as the phone in the room didn’t work! The toilet didn’t flush well and by the end of the 2 days we stayed didn’t flush at all and was completely blocked, In the room the bed sheets didn’t seem very clean, a lot of flies in the room and there was a used tea bag left in the coffee machine which indicates the level of maid service, windows were filthy inside and out, I would have to say this is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the staff on reception were friendly enough but didn’t seem overly bothered when we expressed our issues at checkout, if you’re visiting Cleveland I would avoid this place at all costs, pay a little extra and stay somewhere else, the hotel rooms are so run down and there seemed to be quite a few unsavoury characters hanging around outside the hotel day and night, all in all a dreadful experience!

It was so bad. I was only able to stay one night. There is pubic hair in the bathtub in the bathtub was black. The room was very dirty and the parking was unsafe. I really think I should be able to get a refund because I had to get a different room in a different hotel

Great shuttle service but our room was so dirty ! Window looking out was discustingly dirty. Table in room was so unstable someone could get hurt . Bed spread on bed dirty and shower tub was stained and dirty . Did not sleep well , room run down ! No complimentary coffee but they did hand out warm chocolate chip cookies .

Moldy smell mingled with strong bleach odor in the first room we looked at. Door keys didn’t work in the second room we tried. Never did get in. After several tries the key opened the door to the third room. We were greeted by stained carpet, a running stool, faulty lamps, you get the idea. The staff tried but had little to work with.

Cainan was great, he tried to make our stay awesome. Not his fault that this hotel is literally way outdated, bathroom had wall paper peeling off. Floors in hallway and rooms filthy and old. The lobby area had a chemical smell that was very uninviting. We are older, had to park on the 3rd floor and walk steps to and from our car as the elevator is broke. Also, killed a huge spider in our room. We stayed 2 nights, cost was total for 2 nights for 2 adults

Overall good. No shampoo in wall dispenser, and open shower was a bit slippery in front of the sink as water didn't stay in the shower area. All staff we encountered at lobby and breakfast were so nice and helpful!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t believe Hilton allows its name to be attached to this eye sore. The entire hotel had a rank smell. It hasn’t been unkept or renovated since the mid 1980’s. The entire hotel looked like it was falling apart. The blanket on the bed was stained. The shower walls were peeling. My sheets were even stained. The elevator in the parking garage was out of service. I could go on but it’s not worth it. I would recommend anyone to NEVER stay here. Be warned.

First room was not very clean, towel rack was loose and keep falling off, broken glass behind table/cabinet, carpet was dirty. Second room a little better found lots of hair in bathroom and faucets needed replaced. Outside of window was a lot of deterioration. Staff was really good.
