The Space:
This 2BR/1BA newly-remodeled space with a splash of its old charm, is in a fantastic and convenient location due south of downtown Cleveland in the South Hills/Old Brooklyn neighborhood. It’s the perfect place to stay when in Cleveland to visit friends or relatives or just for a great trip to create new life stories & new memories!

- You'll find shiny wood flooring throughout and the living room features a high wall-mounted Smart TV and a super comfy couch for enjoying downtime at home.
- The dining area features a table for enjoying meals at home. There’s also a built-in bench under the window for extra seating!
- A well-equipped kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave, free-standing gas oven & stove and appliances and cookware. You’ll have what you need to whip up a home-cooked meal.
- Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly workspace provided in the home at the kitchen table. Great for longer stays or the remote worker.

- There’s a free parking spot for one compact car or sedan in the right side garage. All other vehicle sizes or additional cars must park on the street which is free and available all year round.

Guest Access:
You can self check in by accessing keys in the lockbox, left of the front door below the mailbox. Access codes are always sent within 24 hours of arrival.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of South Hills/Old Brooklyn, about 6 miles south of downtown Cleveland. The most notable thing to do in this neighborhood would be to go to Steelyard Commons shopping area which is about 4-min drive or about a 25 min walk away from the home.

Getting Around:
The apartment is about 10.2 miles | 16.4 km or about a 10-12-min drive from the Airport (CLE). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer or rent a car to get around, which is the most convenient. Plus you’ll have a free parking spot at the home.
There are other means of public transportation like the local RTA bus. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
There is a local RTA bus line within walking distance to the property as well, in walking distance you’ll find a few grocery & convenience stores, fast food/diner type eateries.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that the beds are full-size and this is ideal for 2-3 guests, which may not be suitable for larger groups.
Booking on behalf of another person is not allowed. The person making the reservation must also stay at the property.
Guests must climb a few stairs to access the front door/porch area.
There is 1 covered garage parking space (the right side of the garage) for a compact car or sedan vehicle only. The driveway is VERY narrow, so any vehicles larger than a sedan or compact will need to park on the street (Free all year round).
Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, and bath towels are provided free for guests during your stay.
We also provide some complimentary essentials as well, upon arrival to help you get started like some soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the bathrooms. Also, trash bags in each trash bin, and some laundry and dishwasher soap. Please note, these items are not replenished. If you use them up and need more, you’ll need to purchase more.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.
For stays over 21 nights, there is an additional $49 cleaning fee.
We are not responsible for nor will we ship/mail any items left behind at the property, so please be sure to triple check you haven't left anything behind!
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Booking on behalf of another person is not allowed. The person making the reservation must also stay at the property.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets permitted onsite, in common areas, or in the yard/exterior of the property.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and its large front porch/veranda during your stay. The shared areas (with upstairs unit) of the home are: the backyard and the basement with washer and dryer..
