Our home features a unique themed living room with a captivating board game wall design, perfect for playing, strategizing, and bonding with friends and family. Immerse yourself in our ‘Game Room’, which hosts almost 1000 different board games, from classics to modern favorites, ideal for epic games nights!
Cleveland’s Board Game House is conveniently located near Ohio City, Tremont, and Edgewater Beach with a wide range of attractions, shopping, grocery stores, pharmacy options, popular retail stores, restaurants, airports, hospitals, and neighboring cities with their own unique attractions.
Please note that we take the safety and cleanliness of our home seriously. We kindly ask that guests respect the themed décor and take care of our unique board game collection. Unleash your inner child in the ‘Candyland Room.’ This whimsical bedroom features a queen bed and a triple bunk twin bed with a slide, making it a sweet treat for all ages. This room is connected to the ‘Risk Room.’
Please note that the Candy Land Room and Risk Room are connected. You will need to walk through the Risk Room to access the Candy Land Room. Please consider this setup when planning your sleeping arrangements for privacy and convenience.

• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please do not move or rearranging furniture.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets are allowed on the property.
• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property.
• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property.
• Check-out is at 11 AM; late check-outs are subject to availability, with additional fees applicable.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or eviction from the property.
If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.
