"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"Prices here are fair, breakfast oncluded which is lovely. The beds are a bit hard and the shower curtain doesnt cover the entire bathtub... all in all its worth it for a short stay but I am knit picky. "

"The reviews on this hotel were negative and it was not warranted. I have stayed in many manhattan NYC hotels for higher prices that were half as good. Yes, there was a tiny amount of peeling enamel in the tub. Yes, housekeeping did not check the mini- fridge freezer and did not clean out stuff from last guest.
