"On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children. Curtain poles in bedroom fell down every time a window was opened or closed. No lamps worked in that bedroom and several light bulbs were not working throughout the property. It was very dark downstairs lighting could do with upgrading. No hand basin in downstairs toilet. Pool cleaned on Wednesday evening but equipment left in situ until 1pm the following day. The actual pool was very nice. Clean bed linen and comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped Not a problem for us but no English speaking TV channels. Overall property was clean but many cobwebs . Information booklet provided was comprehensive apart from recycling info as insufficient bins to match the guide and black sacks not big enough for bins. Spacious living accommodation for 14 and the secure pool gate was excellent. Friendly customer personnel "

"Absolutely dreadful. The place is not fit for purpose. All very shabby and used, worn out and old. Toilets stained and brown, no kitchen towels or hand towels and only large towels. The place is very damp. Even on a nice day the bedroom windows were pouring moisture every morning. Duvet covers too small for the duvet so all crumpled up and had to discard. Everything is the cheapest, tackiest possible. When we arrived it was full of flies and had to buy 2 aerosol fly spray plus fly paper. There is no proper lighting so evenings are spent in a dingy sitting room with numerous dull small lamps.Kitchen ancient and grubby. I have pictures of flies, Stained worktop, stained lavatories rotten window frames etc. No written instructions about anything. This was not value for money and we were misled by the description."

"Our family of three and border collie stayed here for a week and had a really successful and pleasant time. The gite was clean and had an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, and the garden was secure for our dog and big enough to play endless catch with the ball! The property was not overlooked and we spent a very peaceful week here and had beautiful weather. "

"The house is beautiful and exactly as described. Plenty of space and lots of amenities such as private heated pool, hottub, table tennis. Surrounded by farmland so verypeaceful with great views and spectacular sunset in the evenigs. Lots of lovely little villages and farm shops to visit locally and you can even pick your own veg straight out of the ground at some. I would definitely recommend this place for a great time."
