It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...

"Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected."

"This was a stop-off for us on our way to visit our Grandson in Suffolk. The hotel was very clean including our double room. Our only criticism was that we were told at checkin that breakfast was served up to 11am. We went down at 10:15 only to be told that they stopped at 10:00 but that they could provide pastries which wasn't what we wanted or paid for. That being said, the Duty Manager was very good and arranged a refund straight away. Great location for access to the City !"
