Cute house close to everything

Place was clean and cozy and met our needs for daughter’s Clemson graduation. Well stocked kitchen and great 3 season porch. Would have been nice to have leaves/ Debris cleaned up from driveway and backyard as we had to do that ourselves.

Best stay at Clemson!

We brought our daughter out for her third year at Clemson and this by far was the best place we have stayed. Sooo relaxing, clean and close to campus. The house was absolutely adorable! We would definitely stay here again!!! Loved every minute of it😊

Perfect location - close to campus

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean with a great layout for small family gatherings. Not even 10 min drive to downtown. Would highly recommend and we will look into staying again!

Great place for Clemson graduation!

Plenty of room, comfy beds and well supplied. Right next to Publix so easy to grab groceries for our trip. Large island for your spread.

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, updated, and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and was in a good location. We especially enjoyed the back porch area where we had our coffee every morning and a glass of wine in the evenings!

Birthday Getaway

My husband and I came up for his birthday to celebrate with friends. We love to rent this house as it is so close to everything! It is a quiet neighborhood as well! Beautifully decorated! The beds are comfortable! Very relaxing, like a home away from home! I highly recommend this property if you want a great stay near campus!

The home was exactly as advertised, well kept and decorated, comfortable clean and roomy, in a good location close to Clemson U - though more of a short drive than a walk. We had a tiny issue w one toilet and the owner/manager fixed it within two hours. We all (mom, dad, new student, high schooler) would consider staying again

Ladies Clinic

My husband and I came back up for the Ladies Clinic at Clemson. This house is our favorite one to book! Quiet neighborhood that is so close to campus! The house is a nice and relaxing place to stay! I would highly recommend this location if you want to have a wonderful visit to Clemson!

Clemson Spring Game

My husband and I rented this house again for our trip to Clemson's Spring game. The house is so clean and spacious! This trip is the second time we have stayed her! It was just as easy to book as the previous time! It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything! It doesn't take long to get to campus! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice place to stay that is also close to the university!

The house is just as pictured. Looks like a recent 'gut renovation' of an older home; well appointed, perfect space. The driveway is a little steep, but that's to be expected in a hilly area like Clemson.One small hitch was that it rained very hard, and the older front door warped. This meant that the keypad touchpad did not work to lock the front door. I texted the local property manager, and she quickly provided an actual key to use in the door. The garage touchpad also does not work, so it was a bit of a hassle to open garage-drive car out-close garage-go through house-use key to lock front door. But a minor inconvenience, given the excellent location and lovely remodel.

Great house near campus

Well equipped house near campus and grocery stores. Newly redone kitchen and bathrooms, with comfortable living areas and bedrooms. Room for a toddler to roam around safely. Nice backyard but not used due to weather. Obviously a football weekend house! A few more dishes and glasses would have been nice, but since there were only three of us and not cooking it worked out.

The house is well located, close enough to campus to even be able to walk after a football game. Confortable beds and clean house with everything needed for a few days stay.

Dabo's Ladies Clinic

I came up for the Ladies Clinic at Clemson with my husband. This house was the perfect stay! It was so close to campus! Quiet neighborhood! A well-decorated home that made for a relaxing visit! My husband found places to ride his bike while I was at the clinic! Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a cozy, relaxing location! I will definitely be keeping this on the list for future stays!
