"All of the staff that we interacted with were great and our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that kept me from leaving a 5 star review is that part of this quick overnight trip with the kids was having access to an indoor pool (a big reason we chose this hotel) and after getting them all dressed in their bathing suits and going downstairs, we found out the pool was ice cold and out of order.
