Close to the most popular and extensive beach in the region, this charming vacation home, not far from Roscoff and the Île de Batz, offers enough space for a large family. Warm colors and wooden beams on the ceilings accentuate the interior. At the back, the south-facing terrace awaits you for cozy barbecue evenings. Show off your skills on the mini-golf course adjacent to your garden or visit the sailing school, which offers various activities throughout the year. The second bathroom is located in the adjoining building and is therefore only accessible from the outside.

Explore the region, where many excursions await you. Visit the town of Roscoff, whose old town with its cobbled streets and historic buildings made of traditional granite stone is an overlooked gem. There is also plenty to discover on the island of Batz, explore the island on its coastal paths. The mild climate and the beautiful garden with its tropical plants will delight you.

Extérieur magnifique gaché par un intérieur à rénové et une hygiène inexistante
En ce qui concerne la maison la propreté est inexistante,une douche avec les portes toutes branlantes,des mégots retrouvés derrière les wc alors que l'on paye une prestation ménage en fin de séjour,1 ampoule sur 5 qui marche sur le lustre,gras collé dans le coin cuisine,mitons sous les lits,placards inutilisables car odeurs de renfermé très prenante..... Par contre cadre idéal pour les enfants,mini golf gratuit,aire de jeux et plage à côté.

A rénover de toute urgence !
Emplacement formidable ! Calme, environnement agréable et sûr pour les enfants, proximité d'une très belle plage. Extérieur acceptable ... arbustes et pelouse entretenus; terrasses carrelées ou pavées en mauvais état. Intérieur triste, vieillot, décor suranné. Équipement pléthorique mais en très mauvais état. ( pas de lave-vaisselle - casseroles en alu ou en tefal dégradées, radiateurs non fixés aux murs, sanitaires et robinetterie à revoir , literie ancienne et à remplacer ). Et le plus grave, c'est le défaut d'entretien et d'hygiène générale de la location.
