"The Location of this place is amazing! You can walk anywhere you want. Super close to the beach! We loved it! The place is clean. The place is nice. I would recommend staying there. Bring beach towels and anything else you might need for the beach! The bed seems a lot more like a double than a queen. We noticed a sign in the neighborhood that said, don’t drink the water, but we were not told that by the host. So, just be prepared for that. "

"The property was in the direct line of the last hurricane so there is damage as expected. However Marta was Milan’s helpful and allowed us to check in early. This is an older but nice, clean, safe and close to beach bungalow. I wish Marta and Mike the best in their attempts to rebuild their property and lives "

"The condo was extremely spacious and nice. It had everything we needed and it was super comfortable. The balcony is very large and the view of the canal is beautiful. We were there for a family wedding that was held right across the street within walking distance - which was perfect for our larger group. "

"Stayed a week, saw a couple of bugs, but the unit opens to the outside at ground level. Walk right outside to sit on the dock in the filtered sun/shade. Super convenient location, awesome TV. Loved it."

"Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!! Some minor things, the hot water didn't last long if you showered in the late morning or evening, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work, and no ceiling fan. Also, when I made the reservation, I clicked on the room, and it showed a waterfront view with pictures of inside the room. "This was very convenient to my conference at Sheraton. Jessica very responsive to my questions! Very walkable to local restaurants, bed and pillows sooo comfortable! My only negative is the balcony not so private as next to th neighbors on either side but honestly they weren’t there 24/7, little noise from boat yard but don’t forget they are just coming back from hurricane and trying to get things up and running! Overall give it a try many positives, very clean also!"

"Our family comes for vacation and stays at a large resort close by and it is too much noise and people for us, so, being local to the Tampa area, we opted for a less expensive, off the main street, and found this cute little place .4 miles away. The bathroom is a little dingy and old and the place can use a paint job, but it was really quiet and right on the channel. There is even a "watch out for manatees" sign at the end of the dock. And the cutest birds in the trees. We would definitely stay...
