I had to ask for a broom to sweep the floor because there was so much dirt on it and debris. There was toilet paper stuck to the walls, over the smoke detector, over the sprinklers, rolled up and stuck into electrical outlets, it was just bizarre! I asked for an extra blanket and it was told no... I mean, I expect a lot more for a hundred bucks! I'll never stay there again. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague.

It was quiet at night for the most part but occasionally other guest that live there would fight a lot. Rooms are decent but they charge the same rates as the bigger hotels that actually have the amenities.

Three night stay here. It was very quiet, which I really appreciated. We had a problem with the heater in our room, and two members of maintenance arrived in less than five minutes to repair it. Front desk staff was awesome. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Booked three nights, and after the second night they told us we had to leave and that the reservation was only for 2 nights after we showed them the receipts for three nights they told us we had to leave and that we need to go through Expedia for the refund. No attempt to try and work through and see what was happening. Combative ownership.

Check-in lady was nice. They charged us a $10 ‘pet cleaning fee’ in addition to charges through Expedia. This is against Federal and State ADA laws and our service dog is hypoallergenic and does not shed.

This was a great first evening, but the last night, the room above us had either a pet or a child running across the floor constantly. Having said that, the management was awesome and the room was absolutely spotless clean. Loved the bathroom, one of the cleanest I've stayed in a long time. It is an older building but they do a great job keeping it up. On arrival they were cleaning carpets. That is a good sign. It also was a great price deal. No other complaints.
