Nice Condo!
We had a lovely stay and always enjoy the Suncadia & Roslyn area! The only thing that would have been helpful to know in advance would be about not turning the A/C below 75 degrees. It was close to 100 degrees this weekend so the unit was pretty toasty!

This condo had everything. It was in great shape. Only observation was that the carpet, although high end was very stained. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and all the furniture nice. Very clean I loved the closeness to the walking and biking trails. The pool was very cold and the hot tub jets were broken. These were not deal breakers for me and I would stay again

Pool/hot tub are dirty, unheated, not usable: Recommend staying in lodge or a single-family home
I figured this place was worth the hefty price tag to stay in a nice condo at a nice property, with room for my small children, along with me and my husband. One important part of the experience was going to be the swimming pool/hot tub. I messaged the host before I booked the property to make sure the pool would be open during our stay, and they told me it would be. I certainly wouldn't have booked a property without a swimming pool, as that's a huge part of a summer vacation with 2 small children. We realized right away there was a huge construction project next door to the condo building, as well as 3 separate construction projects across the street. The construction was not disclosed in the listing for the property, and I wasn't informed of the construction at any point before our arrival. I texted the Vacasa property manager both the first and second days we were at the property outlining my concerns. I was told they were reaching out to the local manager and would hear from them. I never heard anything from the local manager. We were unable to use the pool and hot tub for the duration of our stay. We tried to use it the first morning, but the construction was so loud and disruptive that 1) the ambience was completely ruined, and 2) my 2 year old was so scared of the noise that he refused to swim in the pool. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were not heated: The pool was freezing cold, as was the hot tub. They were also filthy, full of dust and dirt, likely from the construction project next door. Even if my son wasn't terrified from the construction noise, and even if it hadn't been a completely disruptive, unrelaxing environment, we wouldn't have been able to swim in the pool or relax in the hot tub because they were so cold and dirty. If I had known the pool and hot tub were unusable, I wouldn't have booked the property at all. I would have instead booked a room at the Suncadia Lodge or rented one of the SF homes on the property with access to the community pools. I paid a lot of money for a vacation with my family, and we weren't able to use one of the advertised features of the property because of undisclosed construction, loud noises, a dirty pool and hot tub, and a freezing cold pool and hot tub. Community BBQs were also filthy. I sent many texts and emails to the property manager requesting a discount. After several unanswered emails, they told me no discount because "my concerns were addressed." They weren't.

Fantastic stay!
The property was beautiful, the location was perfect for us to head over to ski at the summit. The condo was beautiful, a few things needed repair (small table in front of couch, bar stool, some of the drape strings weren’t connected), not significant enough that I wouldn’t go back. IN FACT, we want to book again for next year! Thanks for a great time!

Spacious condo for family
The Trailside condos at Suncadia are very convenient for families. This one was more stocked than usual (presumably because it is vacation rental, not resort). Some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, TV remotes not working) but the snow and the scenery more than made up for it.

we enjoyed the unit, but could never get the TV working for any channel other than Netflix. There were no Kurig pods and were told upon arrival that we needed to provide our own, which was new to me. Usually these are provided at a VRBO or Vacasa rental. The kitchen sink faucet was also in need of repair. Again, the unit was clean, but there were a few unexpected items that affected our stay. The Vacasa team was as helpful as they could be.

Large Floorplan
The floor plan was really nice for our family, and would be even better if there was a sliding door between the common rooms and the bunk bed area. Not really ideal for kids who go to bed early and adults who want to stay up later. The unit was clean but the back deck really could have used a sweep. Overall, happy with our stay!

Underwhelming
The location of this property was fantastic. If you have kids, consider another property; there is no way of closing off the bunks from the main area. You must also like very firm mattresses. The sheets included were clean but rough to the touch. The kitchen was rather sparse as far as cooking pots were concerned. Overall, a little disappointing.

Condo not maintained
The location of the condo is great. Close to main lodge and pool. As far as the condo itself, it was not cleaned property when we arrived. There were chips crunched on the carpet and crumbs throughout the king size bed sheets. There are a lot of things braking/broken in the condo that need to be replaced. Then dining table is broken. The main large burner of the gas stove doesn’t work which made it really hard to cook for a family of 6. The kitchen items highly lacked. If staying and using the kitchen to cook for a family you must bring your own large pan and cutting board, tongs, etc. The kitchen items are very limited and of what there is many are broken. It was very hard to cook meals in this kitchen with what is provided. Also you need to bring your own TP because we were given 2 small rolls, one in each bathroom and ran out with a family of 6 staying here for 4 days and after trying for 48 hrs to try and get ahold of someone to help, we were told that all we get and then we have to provide our own. There is also not enough towels in the kitchen and bathrooms to function a family.

I am unhappy with the experience.
The property was fine but our fireplace did I not work and we didn’t get any help to fix it. A person was sent who knew nothing about fireplaces and when she couldn’t get it to start she said someone else would come. I called them to tell them when we first arrived.I was told we would get help but it hadn’t happened by the time we left. There was no information on how to work the television, empty garbage or anything else. I did talk to people who were courteous but did not follow through and solve the issue or communicate with me.

Room not Clean
The room was not clean when we arrived and we were told that the cleaning crew was behind. We were offered a credit on the cleaning fee since they wouldn't be able to come until later and we would have to leave and didn't want to do that. Because of this, several things were not stocked and we had to ask a few times for items.
