"The 19th Hole" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort on the Prospector Golf Course, just a short walk from the award winning Golf Course Clubhouse and the Canary Bar and Grill. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury 2 story home features 5 BR, including 3 main floor masters, 4.5 BA, private hot tub, AC, and free WiFi.

On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a fabulous open-concept great room, gourmet kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, stone gas fireplace and TV w/HuluTV. The large dining table seats 10 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island bar. Warm up around the fireplace while watching your favorite movie.

The main floor boasts 4 bedrooms with King Beds. Three of the bedrooms are masters with en-suite tile baths. The 4th bedroom is supported by a ½ bath just down the hallway.

Upstairs is a large bonus room that features a Queen Hide-a-Bed, Queen over Queen Bunk Bed, and 4 Twin Beds. The bonus room also has its own private bathroom with a tile shower.

Off the great room is a large patio looking out at the forest and the golf course. The patio is furnished with a comfortable outdoor couch set with several padded chairs. Just a few steps from the gas fire pit is the private hot tub! This is a great spot to kick back and relax with your friends and family.

Nice for a large family of all ages
The 19th Hole was awesome. Plenty of space, very well stocked kitchen, excellent instructions for operating everything. Every expectation was met and over and above. I would definitely recommend for large families or groups.

Family Fun
Each year we bring our son and daughter and their families together for a week of just being together. This property was perfect each couple had their own king bedroom with private bathroom, as well as a hallway bath for public. the open bonus rooms upstairs with bunks were a perfect place for the grandkids to have their space. The hot tub was an added bonus, even with heat, it still was refreshing for all. Proximity to the beach was great and a plus with the pool not being available. All in all a great week of Family fun!

Great house for family vacation

Delightful stay for an Adult Girls Weekend

Weekend get a way
This is a great home for couples with kids or a even two foursomes of golfers. Bedrooms with bathrooms and bonus room above the garage makes for lots of privacy for a house with such a small footprint. Main area for socializing was open with lots of room, seating etc, great place!

It is a large home (5 bedrooms + the bunk bed room), but feels so cozy! The dining table fit us all and even in the huge snowfall we enjoyed the hot tub! Great place, look forward to staying there again!

The house is beautiful. There was 11 women who stayed, plenty of room for us all. Quite neighborhood. Saw wild turkeys and deer in back yard. Close to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time. Would stay here again.

This property needs a good cleaning!
The location was good and house good size for 5 couples, but it needs a really good cleaning. Everything we took dishes out of cabinets to use we had to wash first. Don't look above the cooktop where the fan and lights are or you won't stay! Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this property.

We had a great time the house was beautiful I had brought some dishes my self but they had a lot as well mostly cups and and alcohol and water glasses they had a bunch pans and plates/ bowls as well not to many making pan sheets for cooking but pans with Handel they had enough.wine open was probably taken accidently from someone cause it was missing for us but in general every room has bathroom wich I loved and two bath towels and 2 face towels in each bathroom we didn't need much our self but even if we did guys you had it in this house view ,jacuzzi ,space privacy and safeway was close by 20 to 25 min max ,awesome for a long walk and in morning at 7am you could see the 🦌 deers from window beautiful I recommended to everyone hope I was helpful in my over all.thank you.

Family Gathering After Months Apart Due to Covid
We were 13 - from ages 10 to 60+ for a family gathering/birthday celebration. The space felt a bit cramped -likely due to the heat wave. Not many interested in lounging outside during the heat wave. Grateful that the A/c was working. Nice to be in the Suncadia area. Good running/walking trails and nearby activities. Went to a fun concert at Nelson Farms. The homes are pretty densely packed together which is something that we could not have seen from the photos. That may be a bonus for some and a drawback for others. The problems that we found on arrival ie clogged drains/tubs were fixed quickly after we called. We were surprised by the number of house rules around garbage/recycling (none) and more that were not included in the original disclosures. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cutlery, appliances and even some seasonings. We were disappointed that the pantry was blocked out by the owners. Hence, nearly all of the non-perishable food was spread out on the floor in the kitchen/dining/common area for the entire stay. It felt like we never got to settle in because all our communal things had no storage area. When we left, we let them know that the TV/internet and dryer were not working (showed up the night before leaving). The property manager (Leah) seemed very interested to hear so these issues could be fixed for the next family. The master bedrooms downstairs were very nice. The main master has a bed that probably needed replacing and again a similar situation with owners blocking off the closet so hanging items and other items never got settled. Bunk room upstairs was fine. Lovely area to visit.
