"The 19th Hole" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort on the Prospector Golf Course, just a short walk from the award winning Golf Course Clubhouse and the Canary Bar and Grill. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury 2 story home features 5 BR, including 3 main floor masters, 4.5 BA, private hot tub, AC, and free WiFi.

On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a fabulous open-concept great room, gourmet kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, stone gas fireplace and TV w/HuluTV. The large dining table seats 10 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island bar. Warm up around the fireplace while watching your favorite movie.

The main floor boasts 4 bedrooms with King Beds. Three of the bedrooms are masters with en-suite tile baths. The 4th bedroom is supported by a ½ bath just down the hallway.

Upstairs is a large bonus room that features a Queen Hide-a-Bed, Queen over Queen Bunk Bed, and 4 Twin Beds. The bonus room also has its own private bathroom with a tile shower.

Off the great room is a large patio looking out at the forest and the golf course. The patio is furnished with a comfortable outdoor couch set with several padded chairs. Just a few steps from the gas fire pit is the private hot tub! This is a great spot to kick back and relax with your friends and family.

The 19th Hole was awesome. Plenty of space, very well stocked kitchen, excellent instructions for operating everything. Every expectation was met and over and above. I would definitely recommend for large families or groups.

Family Fun
Each year we bring our son and daughter and their families together for a week of just being together. This property was perfect each couple had their own king bedroom with private bathroom, as well as a hallway bath for public. the open bonus rooms upstairs with bunks were a perfect place for the grandkids to have their space. The hot tub was an added bonus, even with heat, it still was refreshing for all. Proximity to the beach was great and a plus with the pool not being available. All in all a great week of Family fun!

We do a lot of cooking (that kind of family!) and found the kitchen well-equipped. The gathering places inside and out worked well for us--and the garage with its ping-pong table was a constant favorite. The kids, ranging in age from 21 to 12, loved the upstairs bunk room and conversations went on long after my eyes had closed for the day.

Delightful stay for an Adult Girls Weekend
We had 15 people, and the house very comfortably fit our group with beds, kitchen amenities and the outside, private seating areas. Location was very central to the Lodge, Swiftwater, golf, hiking, and pool. I highly recommend!
