This nicely appointed cabin is in desirable Evergreen Valley! Fantastic outdoor living space with 500 sq ft of covered decks, a large patio, 6 person hot tub, fire pit, and a beautiful lawn. This spacious rambler boasts a large central great room, 4 BR, 2.5 BA, and a fun family game room in the heated garage. This pet friendly cabin comes with AC, WiFi Internet and Hulu TV.

ENTERTAINMENT
The Great Room is a fantastic place to sit back and relax while enjoying your favorite movie or show on the large smart TV with Hulu Live. The room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace. The large outdoor entertainment area is just off the great room through the double doors. The deck features comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. Just a few feet off the deck is a 6 Person Hot Tub and built in fire pit for making s’mores with the kids!

While the adults relax in the great room the kids will enjoy hours of fun in the heated, garage game room. The game room features a large leather sectional, flat screen smart TV, DVD, shuffleboard table, and ping pong!

Just a short 1.5 mile drive and you’ll be at the shores of Lake Cle Elum on Speelyi Beach! The lake offers all types of summer time activities, including swimming, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, and paddle boarding.

This cabin also comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center! This private facility, just one mile from the cabin, boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Splash Pad Fountain for kids, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, and more!!

Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10 person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash/check only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend weather permitting!

Winter is also a great time to visit and enjoy the snow! Cross country ski, or ride snowmobiles directly from the cabin to over 100 miles of scenic, back-country trails!

KITCHEN
The large, granite kitchen features stainless appliances and a 16 ft eating bar with 5 Bar Stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans to make fabulous in home meals. Just off the Kitchen is the dining area with seating for 8.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV wi/Hulu Live. The Master features a King Bed and a spa like master bath equipped with a 2 person soaking tub and a dual head shower. The 3 Guest Bedrooms are furnished with 2 Queen Beds and a Twin over a Full Bunk Bed. The guest bedrooms are supported by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a powder room.

Spacious comfortable house
This house was amazing for a girls weekend end getaway! Enough bedrooms and bathrooms and loved the spacious living room and kitchen. Never felt crowded with 7 adults. The beds were a little on the hard side and wish they were queens instead of fulls. But overall we had the best vacation!

Overall it was a great place to stay and good location. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the excessive amount of rules that made us weary of being charged a fine for simply staying there. Example would be charging you $50 if the entertainment system had different settings or hooking up a game console to the tv. This seems excessive and not inviting. The tv in the room had its picture burned out so anything watched was in black and white. Property management company seems cheap, just spend the couple hundred on an inexpensive tv. I would consider staying here again but only if I couldn’t find something better.

What a great location for a weekend getaway! The house is very comfortable for two families, we played a lot of games, sat in the hot tub and spent a lot of time in the back yard. The neighborhood is fun to walk through to look at all the beautiful cabins. Overall a great vacation rental!

As good as it looks and is described!
We had such a great stay with our two kids (ages 8 and 6), plus our family friends and their nine-year old daughter. The covered outdoor area with a dining table was just perfect for our July visit. We spent most of our time just relaxing out there while our kids spent hours playing kickball on the VERY sizable lawn in the back. The entire experience came at a time when we felt like we really needed a vacation and just needed to have some relaxed downtime with family and friends--this property and its location more than delivered. We would definitely come back!

Bunk bed safety issue, uncomfortable beds, otherwise fantastic.
The top of the bunk bed was assembled incorrectly and typically you should use a low profile mattress for bunkbeds (as we were advised by the mattress company when we bought them for our home). What this leads to is that the mattress in the top bunk of the home has no safety ledge whatsoever. This is a HUGE safety risk and needs to be addressed. The mattresses throughout the house simply weren't comfortable. A simple mattress topper could easily address this. Other than these issues the house, property and experience was fantastic. If they addressed these two issues I'd easily give them a 5 star rating but these two issues severely impacted our stay. Thanks.

The house was beyond beautiful. Furnished and decorated fantastic. Everyone who stayed was in awe. Location was great, close to town but private. Well furnished with amenities. We did have a few struggles but I think they are more property limitations then faults of the hosts. For a larger group we quickly ran out of hot water. The master bathroom has a large beautiful tub but the house didnt have enough hot water to fill it. Also struggled with the stove top, it took over 30 minutes to get a pot of water to boil. We had to turn off the fireplace in order to use the stovetop at a faster speed. None of this ruined our trip, just quirks of the house. The hot tub was magical after snowmobiling.

Great home for larger (8) groups!
This home has a lovely, large living area/kitchen/dining/deck/patio area and is great for everyone to be together! The 4 bedrooms are comfortable and spaced nicely apart for privacy. The backyard is fairly private and is in a quiet neighborhood. The home is dog - friendly which is appreciated, and was clean and fresh upon arrival and was supplied with a doggy basket of potty bags and towels. The appliances are newer and in good condition, nice supply of utensils, dishes, etc and the bathrooms were nice. Working with Vacation Rentals was easy and they provided quick responses.

The house itself is nice, but it was filthy. Top to floors needed to be dusted/vaccumed. Wood flooring had big gaps between planks, creaked really badly throughout the house and needed to be vaccumed in those gaps where sand, dirt, food crumbs got into. Broken ping pong and air hockey tables, and poorly stocked kitchen ware. Many plates, cups with big chips, and a glass pan that exploded during using. If i were the owner, i would provide better kitchenware, repair the floors, and hire better cleaners and property management.

Great Family Getaway
Our family had a wonderful time here! So much space for our family of 7. The kids loved the game room and playing in the backyard. My husband and I loved relaxing in the hot tub. One night we sat together and were able to see the beautiful stars, even a couple shooting stars! What a beautiful area. Also, so close to the lake and the Recreation Center. We loved our time in the water at both! We would definitely recommend staying here to any friends or family!

Great Family Getaaway
This is a great place for a family getaway. The house inside has lots of seating. We also loved the outside seating. There is a lot of room outside on the grass for the grandkids to run around and play. The management company was great and communicated every step along the way. Will definitely rent here again.

Great weekend getaway with friends.
The home was perfect for our group of 7 women. We especially enjoyed the large tables indoors and outdoors, the hot tub and the fire pit. Our only complaints are: the teflon coated cookware is very scratched up and needs replacing; the BBQ burners are completely rusted out in large areas; and the oven temperatures were way off (one was too high and one was too low). Also, the directions to the river included in the info book are out of date - the access to the gravel road has been blockaded. Nevertheless, we would come back to this property...we all loved it!
