"We enjoyed our visit very much. The atmosphere was very calming and comfortable. The service of both the hotel and restaurant staff was efficient and personable. We have stayed at other London hotels and this one is by far is our favorite. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Very cute. Not really a hotel inn. Few things didn’t work in room. Very hard to walk up down. Hard to reach staff vs waiters. Do not stay if not young mobile. We had a very pleasant stay but next time will need elevator and a less awkward setup for a hotel vs pub"

"I loved this property, it was quirky and really comfortable, the bedding was amazing and I would happily steal that quilt, but we couldn’t turn the temperature down in the shower and there wasn’t a lift, so no good if you have any mobility issues, luckily we don’t, but really loved our stay"

"The pub area is a bit tired but the hotel rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and was included in the rate. All linen and towels were excellent quality"

"Did what we needed which was to be a “spare room” for a Christmas family visit. In room 11 which is off the pub carpark so easy to get in and out. Quite a lot of noise from the folks outside the pub until closing time, but didn’t disturb us much. Terrible drain smell when we got back late on the first night but was gone in the morning. Shame we didn’t have time to eat in the pub itself which we know from previous visits is very good. "

"From the minute, my daughter and I arrived we are welcome to buy a very kind and very helpful gentleman. I feel so bad for not giving his name. He was tall and slender with a beard and very attractive. I might say. He took our pictures when we asked even Lois his umbrella for the full day. He was so accommodating and so helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and had a very charming appeal to it. The room was very cute! I really liked the style of this hotel. The young guy that worked the coffee...
