"There were no services. Check in/ out is at a separate facility. I did not see another human during the 2 days I was there. "

"When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...

"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."

"The Seneca River home was a pleasure to stay at for my wife, family and I while we visited local family in the Baldwinsville area for Thanksgiving. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The property was exactly how it was described on the VRBO web listing We look forward to staying again !"

"We had an absolutely GREAT experience staying at the Parkview. I will definitely stay here again. It is super clean, parking is easy and it is centrally located to different parts of Syracuse. We had a king suite, which had a small kitchen. The hotel is also dog friendly - with a park across the street for quick walks. Breakfast is also included, which is also a plus. It was not a huge selection of options, but had the basics to get you started with the day. Great hotel - great stay - would highly recommend to those folks who like more niche hotels."
