The holiday flat no. 8 is located on the 1st floor of our house and has 95 m² of living space.
The holiday flat, newly built in 2023 and furnished in a modern style, consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, as well as 1 guest toilet and a separate kitchen with a cosy dining area. From the first bedroom, as well as from the living room and the kitchen, you have direct access to the balconies.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed with spring core. The second bedroom is also equipped with a double bed. All beds have health mattresses with adjustable spring frames and guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. Special pillows, blankets and covers for allergy sufferers. All floor coverings are suitable for allergy sufferers !
An in-house free high-speed W-LAN network, a flat-screen TV with SAT-HD-TV and SMART-TV with streaming services as well as a DVD player and a stereo system are of course available. For your valuables, 2 safes are available in the flat free of charge.
The apartment has its own parking spaces directly at the entrance. The use is free of charge. If required, you can also use 2 parking spaces for this flat. A washing machine with integrated dryer is available at any time.
It is not far to the centre of the village with restaurants and gastronomic facilities. A bakery is in the immediate vicinity. Only 250 metres away, you will reach the new leisure centre of Altenau with the thermal baths and sauna landscape "Kristall Heißer Brocken". Two ski lifts with a toboggan run and groomed cross-country ski trails are within easy reach.
A covered barbecue area with a fireplace grill makes barbecue evenings in the summer months and many holiday hours memorable.
