-The Space-
This fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is located on the third floor for plenty of privacy. We offer a sofa pullout for additional sleeping, so we can accommodate small-medium sized groups up to 6 guests. The kitchen offers a full-size stove/oven, overhead microwave and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The main living & dining area provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal, relax on the couch, and stream your favorite shows! The bathroom is stocked with hotel-like amenities and emergency toiletries in case you forgot anything at home as well!

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

Fall Stay
The photos were as advertised, however it was listed that it was on the first floor. This unit was on the third floor. There was no elevator and the only way to reach the unit was via stairs, which posed a major problem as I had just undergone hip surgery. After speaking with Julian, he was able to accomodate us and get us a unit that met our needs. Both units were clean and provided all of the amenities needed for our stay, we recommend using Byers and Harvey if you plan on staying in the Clarksville area.
