Quiet, clean and beautiful!
Frank was prompt in communicating the day of check-in and I found the property well cared-for and above expectation in relation to the ad itself. It's quite centrally located on a very quiet cul-de-sac with neighbors who I didn't happen to see the entire 4 days I was there. There are at least two 24 hour restaurants within 1.5 miles. Plenty of space, with a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Double vanity master bathroom. Next time I return to Clarksville, I hope this property will be available again because I have no complaints.

Home away from home
I enjoyed my stay at this VRBO. Will most likely book same one again if available when needed. Also found the dishes on my way out lol. They are stored in the dishwasher and not in the cabinets. But other then my oversite my stay was great. A workout room was pictured but that door was locked so I didn't get to use it. I assumed it was a choice made due to COVID. Thanks so much again! Great Host!

Cute and Close
My boyfriend and I recently rented this property and we have nothing but good things to say about our stay! The house is very well kept up and close to many things that Clarksville has to offer. We had great communication with the owner and he was even kind enough to let us have a late checkout! Definitely will be coming back.

Perfect weekend stay
I was a little hesitant to book this property as there was only one review, but we figured we would give it a chance and leave another review to help the next person. This home was cozy and cute, in a quiet neighborhood, but just minutes away from food and fun. My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frank’s house. The only things we would recommend adding are a big trash can in the kitchen area, as well as some dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. We would’ve loved to stay at the house in the evenings and cook, rather than eating out, but we made it work. Otherwise, this house was perfect! The communication from Frank was great, and he even accommodated an early check in and late check out for us without hesitation. Would definitely stay here again.
