"Cragun's is an old-fashioned family resort. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. They have great customer service. Our original cabin had an issue, so they promptly moved us to a new, similar cabin, and the new cabin was perfect."

"We had a great 1 night stay, we took full advantage of the awesome pool area! The only negative thing i have to say is that quite a few of the games in the arcade were not working but otherwise everything and everyone was great! Definitely recommend for those with kids or just wanting a quick getaway. We will definitely be repeat customers. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast area was nice and big. Room was big and comfortable. Location was great. By a bar, movie theatre, bowling and other resturants. Shopping a few minutes away as well. Close to the school as well."

"Dated but clean. The mini suite was nice. Expedia made me pay in advance and then the hotel charged me again. A phone call to the hotel itself resolved the issue but still annoying. "

"Nice clean hotel, stayed here 3 nights during a hunting trip with the kids. The standard room was very clean and big, more than plenty of room for our coolers and extra luggage. Fridge, microwave, & huge parking lot. Only cons - breakfast wasnt much (didn't need it anyways brought our own) & hot tub/pool room was out of commission"

"We had a great weekend at the house. I would like it to be ore clear that the owner also lives at the house. We had no clue until we arrived. It's not a big deal but it needs to be communicated. "

"Spacious location with beautiful vaulted ceilings, wonderful outdoor space that allows the family to spread out and take advantage of gathering areas. The night sky was absolutely breathtaking with a full moon and beautiful sunsets. The host was also very responsive from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. I would definitely recommend this to others."

"It was so nice, clean, quiet. It was a good sisters getaway. The only hitch was there was no hot water our last morning. The manager was not aware of the problem and apologized."

"Room was clean and comfortable. But everything was a little dated. Over all a nice stay for a good price. No pool available at the time of our stay, but didn’t have a lot of time for that anyway."

"This property needs to review and update the photos on all booking platforms. We booked a suite which showed photos of the deluxe suite but did not realize this until after arrival. The suite is just a single room with a whirlpool tub in place of the couch that regular rooms have. Breakfast was okay, easy parking, quiet property."

"Loved the room 325 and the view. The pool was nice especially the sunning area outside the pool. The food was okay at Willy T’s but the entertainment 8/31 was very good. We had an issue with the staff entering our room unannounced. She had longer blonde hair a taller bigger built younger woman. She entered my room, shut the door and stood by the door and then left. I have a feeling if we weren’t there she would have gone through our things. I told the front desk manager about it and she talked...
