"This cabin with its amazing view was a wonderful place to relax after days of hiking and kayaking. We spent our morning sipping coffee on the front porch and also had our dinners at the little table there as well. The fire pit was a nice place to sit and look up at the stars- so many! It was so quiet. The cabin is super clean, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, very well taken care of and a close location to Alleghany State Park. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The cabin and area was wonderful get away. Really liked the size of cabin and amenities. We even got to build a campfire and enjoyed it in 20 degrees temperatures. We traveled the one day north to see wildlife, like Elk. It was amazing. Some suggested improvements for the owners. 1) Improve the internet. It was spotty with weak signal. 2) Cabin was semi cool. Ran electric heaters high. bathroom heater kept tripping the breaker. Had to unplug a few things from one outlet to keep from tripping....
