"I absolutely loved staying here. So quiet at night and several stores to shop for food and restaurants! A sprouts and Trader Joe’s in the vicinity as well! Very Clean and equipped with a few kitchen items to cook a simple breakfast meal in the AM. It was perfect for my tiny family of 3! "

"The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. "Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"It was easily accessible which i liked. The grass is dead and so dry in the yard that it is incredibly unpleasant. The yard guy came so early in the morning it woke one year old when we got in late and were trying to sleep. We had issues with the air-conditioning "

"Lived in this area about 12 years ago. Hoped it still was the cute, safe area I remembered. Although it's grown, was happy to find it was still the charming town I loved. This is in the historic area of the city. Found the property very clean. Small studio, perfect for my needs. Would stay again. "

Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation.
