"We had a fantastic holiday! Our hosts were attentive, accommodating and engaged us in the local community. After a few hours we felt very much relaxed, welcomed and at home! It was brilliant swimmming everyday in the pool and the numerous sitting areas allowed you shade and/or panoramic sun! Our children loved the little river at the end of the lane and were mezmorised by the Dragonflies and lizards. The BBQ was brilliant and the local restaurants were fab! "We throughly enjoyed staying here. Derek and Bea were exceptional in their attention to their guests - nothing was too much trouble. A week is enough in our view as there is not a huge amount happening locally although trips to Bayonne, Biarritz and the Pyrenees are a good option. St Sever is a nice little town close by. Overall a very nice stay."

"We had a great time at this property in a picturesque setting. The owner was very kind and accommodating and even brought us vegetabloes from a farmer neighbor. The little house was well appointed and decorated with taste. I was worried about the heat as we went to gan during a heat wave but the nights were cool and did not bother our sleep."

The location couldn't have been better on Rue Marechal Joffre with its lovely shops and restaurants.(Highly recommend Resto di Vin) It is a half-block from Place Clemenceau with its carousel and fountain, a block from the Monoprix, and two blocks from the Blvd. Pyrenees. Surprisingly, with all the activities right outside our door, the apartment was very quiet...
