"Beautiful hotel and facilities. Check in was simple. Room was clean and we loved the record player and drinks available. The cocktails in the bar were great. Our main issue was the service in the restaurant and the prices of the food. €45 for steak before sides is very steep and especially in a restaurant where the staff are dressed super casual and not very attentive. While the food we got was tasty, the prices just don’t fit with the casual feel of the hotel. "

"Nice functional hotel. Good sleep (bar being woken up at 2am by a loud man on corridor but that's not the hotels fault) Breakfast fine; nothing exceptional. Only negative really was that the water in shower was too hot. Spoke to reception twice (morning and evening) but to no avail. Water too hot & couldn't be changed second morning again. Gym & pool look lovely: I hadn't time. "

"This was by far our favorite stay while we were in Ireland. The staff was absolutely the best!! Vicki and Connor were so kind and accommodating. We had such a lovely time and wanted to really stay longer. I wanted to stay at a authentic castle and that's the way it felt. It was a dream come true for me and my husband. We will be back."

"Leisure centre was great! And the food choices were brilliant, catered really well for non dairy and gluten free diet for dinner and breakfast. The staff could not be nicer! An issue arose while dining in the bar but it was quickly resolved. Warra ts a return visit. My only gripe is the carpet in the bedroom, looks like someone spilt bleach in different spots. And no need for the brown throw"

"The hotel was very warm throughout it was hard to sleep. The bed was done and the mattress leaned to one side. The food was really bad, we had to send it back. Ordered veg curry and they brought chicken, they changed it and all I got was a watery curry sauce full of onions and the rice was clumped together. "Parking at the multistory parking next door was 22€/day. Hotel is beautiful upon entering. Restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The allergens were not correct on the menu though so ask before ordering if you have allergies. Room was spacious and beds were good. Corridors really dark. Breakfast very average but staff were nice."

"Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel "
