"This little place was ideal for our overnight stay. It had everything you could need and for only 85 euros. Tiny kitchen but equipped with a microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bathroom had a good size shower with a non-slip tray. Substantial breakfast delivered by our host at a time of our choosing. "

"This was the third time we have stayed here. Just as lovely as always. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had very good choices and lovely homemade jams. Always served with a friendly smile. "Do not be driven by the cover photo. This a working property and the rooms are above the office and working area. When work is over, no one is at the property. This is a very pedestrian stay. Our room was disappointing. The shower pan did not drain and my shower had to be cut short to avoid overflow. Our room door did not lock and once shut, it took the full force of my aging body to push it open. The main door to the building did lock however. The view was spectacular. We left early. "

"This place was in a perfect location to explore the town. The room had a small fridge, which was useful. Please note that parking is not available on site. Also, if you do not like dogs I would not recommend that you stay here. There is a dog (that the owner admits is aggressive) that guards the property."

The pool is a few minutes walk away which is not a problem and is ideal when the sun is out, plenty of seating and loungers to relax on. "We had a great stay at this apartment in the country. It’s well situated between Reims and Épernay, near vineyards and forests. It was a great base from which to explore the region. The house is well appointed. When the coffee maker broke the host replaced it soon after being informed of the problem. "
