I paid for a double room including breakfast, but the hotels kitchen, dining room and bar/lounge were being refurbished, so nothing available. This was disappointing so Expedia obviously had not reviewed this property.

The toilet/shower and sink were too small ,I would recommend a slimmer wash basin . The toilet seat was not fitted properly. The room door lock is fitted incorrectly. The door can be pushed open from the corridor without touching the handles . Room was small but adequate, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were very poor and in need of updating. The cleanliness was poor in the rooms. The lounge bar is closed and no longer owned by the hotel. This is not stated in the website

Very welcoming on arrival. Room No 6 was vey clean and tidy. Unfortunately no bar or breakfast available as had been advertised. Only stayed one night but would definitely stay again if I had the same room.

I put no blame on Langtry Hotel for my stay being spoiled as the manager done all he could to be helpful. Hotels.com are responsible for failing to check what they advertised for this accommodation I paid for a stay in a hotel that was supposed to have breakfast available if required and use of bar facilities, this had neither and I am very angry with hotels,com for not providing the correct information on what my hotel offered ! I wish to make a formal complaint to hotels.com

I think the hotel was ok for the money however shower was not hot enough and cold at times..parking is limited. So if you park there dont move your car .tea and cofee and milk could of done with a bit more ..but overall was a nice room
