"Myself and my family have just returned from our ten day summer holiday at Barbara’s wonderful quaint property. Barbara was more than accommodating from the moment we arrived to the second we departed, a truly fantastic host! The large garden and pool had our 4 year old in his element the entire holiday enabling Mum and Dad plenty of relaxing time to reset. Thank you Barbara again! Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. "Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."

"The cottage itself is well equipped with quality furnishings and equipment. Put together thoughtfully and stylishly by the charming owners. Unfortunately there is no green outdoor space as it's built on the gravel driveway entrance to the owners house, close to the local urban road and a main road. We went into the owners garden once to use their pool and were warmly welcomed. Overall this is a fabulous option for overnight stays or if you plan to be out driving every day. "The pictures don’t do the property justice, we were a couple who went with our three dogs. The Gite was spacious and had all the amenities you would need, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, and the kitchen was well equipped. The garden is enclosed, perfect for reactive dogs, the pool area is gated off. The garden has a bbq, and a number of games. The family running the Gite were welcoming, and let us have our privacy. "Hemos estado muy tranquilos, rodeados de viñas y campos de girasoles, que es lo que veniamos a buscar en esta zona de Francia De todos modos, creemos que el anuncio debería dejar más claro que la casa no tiene wifi y que los propietarios viven justo al lado y que se comparte la piscina con ellos. La fachada que da a sur no tiene ningún tipo de alero que protega el interior de la casa del sol y tienes que estar siempre con las cortinas corridas. "Séjour de 2 nuits à 12 personnes (12 adultes et 2 enfants). Grande maison rénovée récemment et très bien équipée. Idéale pour un groupe de 12 personnes grâce aux 5 chambres et aux 2 SDB. La maison est située à côté de domaines viticoles, ce qui permet de belles promenades. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux questions. Petits et grands ont apprécié ce week-end !
