"Authentic farmhouse property - very quaint and quiet. It added to the sense that we were assimilating into Italy and not just staying in a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The owners are fabulous - kind and considerate. We were there when it was too cold to use the pool. The countryside is just gorgeous. The food they prepared was delicious. They do not speak a lot of English but I was able to communicate adequately. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"This property advertised free wifi, but NO wifi was in any of the rooms. Also the heater for the room was controlled by the owner via a timer, which was only on for a couple of hours in the evening. We were freezing all night long. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. Expedia need to check on their hotel choices before offering them."

"This convent has exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a memorable, very comfortable stay. We arrived in the dark and didn’t really have a good idea of what’s around us. In the morning we had a lovely surprise waiting for us. The view from our window was magical - rolling hills with a beautiful ruin of a castle on top. "We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm....
