"We really enjoyed our stay in Assisi and this property was centrally located to all of the churches, restaurants and shops. Just across the square was San Rufino church, which we attended several times. Our room was on the 5th floor, no elevator, but overlooked the square with an excellent coffee shop right next door. There was no parking adjacent the property, but was a short walk, except for the 165 steps up the hill. All said and done it was wonderful!!!!"

"We stayed at the Times Suites & Bar for 2 nights in the Luxury Studio Suite. The room was lovely; clean, spacious, with a fridge and 2 televisions. The area is very convenient with great access to city centre. Communication with the staff was very good, quick to respond and good check-in. My one complaint was that no staff were actually on site. We were told if we needed anything to just whatsapp them. We did so, asking for wine glasses (as there were none in the room, only paper glasses) and we...

"The room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and there is potential to be 5/5. However we had two problems body there made worse by temperatures close to 40C. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn. Guests finding a number and ringing on cell phones IS NOT an alternative to reception and for us from overseas not an option. Secondly the air conditioning only worked in fan mode...

"Overall it was a good place to stay. It’s a very simple place, which is great for Assisi. The biggest issue is the communication from the host. The host sent an email the day we were supposed to check in with crucial info to get in the property. The host didn’t tell us to look out for this email, and we didn’t have data, so we didn’t check our email when Wi-Fi was available. The host should have told us when we made the reservation to expect an email the day of check in."
