"A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"Amazing huge villa that was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean, zero problems in two weeks stay. Close to Rome, lake towns and shopping. Great kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Gorgeous property. Comfy beds. Electricity was expensive, as warned by others. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic villa!"

"Emmanuela helped us with the details for using the train to get into Rome as there is no information online. But it all works as she said it would. Helpful to have your own transport to stay here. The parking is 100 m away."

"We are a family of 6 and stayed for 5 nights whilst visting Rome. It's easily accessible to Rome and we often drove to Ribbibia Metro station which was an hours drive and then 20mins into the heart of Rome. Also an hour's drive to HydroMania water park. The local village of Casaproto was about 5 mins walk and was a beautiful local village. The property itself was traditional and on the basic side, but cosy none-the-less. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...
