"Before I booked I read all the reviews and there were those who hated the place and those who obviously loved it so I decided to give it a go. We have a house on the coast so at worst we could have driven back home. However, we were pleasantly surprised. The Fonda is situated right in the centre of a pleasant village and the reception was manned. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Solid choice, however oddly enough double room was smaller than twin room our friends got. No AC during winter. Nice clean room. Helpful reception. If you can find the lifts to the hotel, it's good. Otherwise pushing your luggage upwards will be tough. Ask locals! "

Wonderful

"Absolutely amazing, very convenient to the shopping center and overall service is excellent and very attentive. Rooms are huge! Lobby is quiet and peaceful. They have shuttles to the Lyfts. Not next to the slopes and perfect for those who enjoy some of the city experience as well. "
