"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

"Francesco is an amazing host. Kind and willing to help always. The room I was had broken lock but otherwise I felt well in the villa. The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"Overall it was a beautiful house. We unfortunately had issues with rainwater coming through and flooding the foyer during an extreme thunderstorm our first night. The oven had not been properly grounded, and would give a fairly decent shock to anyone that touched it. The house in reality only sleeps 7 adults, instead of the 8 people advertised. The location called for beautiful views of the lake, but was an extreme hassle to get to and from the center of town. "

"Beautiful property with a view of Lake Como! Very welcoming stay with a delicious breakfast served each morning. Management went out of their way to make us feel special! A/C worked great and we loved the location…easy walking distance to ferry and a nice retreat from some of the busiest tourist spots on Lake Como. We walked right down from the hotel and had a refreshing dip in the lake each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!"

Room good size wardrobe too tall could not reach upper clothes rail, bed uncomfortable could be resolved by putting topper on the mattress. Bathroom good size but needs a refurb bottom of outside of shower had brown staining on it. The fridge and kettle with coffee,tea was good. Overall good but needs a few small changes to make it better. We had breakfast and that was excellent and well worth the extra...
