"The property is centrally located to all the shopping, restaurants and other food options. The bathroom enclosure can be be improved as the bathroom floor and toilet are getting wet when showering. Bath towels can be changed to new ones as they were not fluffy and looking old already. All the staff were very helpful though "

"We had a wonderful vacation at Arai. It’s right in the beautiful Gothic quarter with lots of sights, shops, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room itself was beautiful with huge windows. The staff was friendly and welcoming. "

"Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location with a metro station directly outside and a 10 minute walk from Las Ramblas and the port. Rooms were a little dated but had everything needed for the stay including an iron. The view from the rooftop is stunning, especially at sunset. Don’t be fooled by the size of the pool though it is quite small, we didn’t use it but would be OK to cool off. Would definitely return and have recommended to others since our return."

Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. Boat rides and weekend vintage markets. Walkable. Livable. Amazing. I never felt safer and like a local. People were kind everywhere and appreciated when you spoke to them in Spanish.
