Villa Olivia by Escape Home

Villa Olivia is a villa with a modern style inside while maintaining its classic features. The villa has a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms. It has two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, the living-dining room has a television with international channels and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and fridge. It has a laundry area with washing machine and clothesline. The terrace is fully furnished to spend pleasant summer nights. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people with a private pool and barbecue.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
