Pons Valls 4 bedroom villa, Ciutadella

The Pons Valls house is a villa type chalet located on a 1200m2 plot. 1 km from Ciutadella in a quiet and very cozy residential area. It is located in the Sa Caleta urbanization. 2 minutes walk from the Sa Caleta and Santandria beaches. At about 200m you will find a pharmacy, supermarket, a small shopping center with bars and restaurants, as well as a bus and taxi stop. Also for those who want to practice sports there is a Paddle club and gym three minutes walk.

It has 4 bedrooms (1 with dressing room), 2 bathrooms inside the house and another full bathroom in the pool area. Garden, circular pool and a shaded barbecue area perfect to enjoy summer evenings.

It is a very comfortable and spacious house, ideal to enjoy a magnificent vacation in Menorca.

City tax is not included in the rate. An extra €2.20 per person per night not applicable to children under 16 years old will be applied. This tax must be paid by the guests upon arrival.
