"A lovely apartment which felt like home very quickly. A well stocked kitchen which provided for all our needs. The supermarket is about 100 metres away. Just a few minutes walk from beaches and restaurants. Our host, Richard, met us at the apartment, to show us around and was always on the end of the phone to answer any of our questions."

The exact location was not communicated and we had to find it by swimming pool on Google Maps. Check in went smooth by chance that we arrived a bit later."

"Although quite basic, this little apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean, fabulous shower, lovely big fridge and tv/wifi. Everything we needed for a relaxing week. The location is perfect, in a residential area that was a very short walk to the beach and the commercial centre. Lovely pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. "We have been coming as a family of four to Menorca since 2017. This year, it was just my eldest son and myself. The apartment was a perfect for the two of us. The communal pool was great was cooling off after a day at one of the many local beaches (although we know the island well and go to MANY beaches all over the island). Our host's communication was excellent and she was very helpful. It was great to know she was there should we have needed it. Thank you."

"El apartamento en general está bien, la zona comunitaria con piscina es perfecta ( aunque los vecinos respeten bastante poco las normas.. hasta las 12 o 1 de la madrugada la gente está en la piscina y hablando fuerte..) pero eso no es culpa de la propiedad pero OJO!!! que las imágenes no os engañen, NO ES UN BAJO con salida directa al Jardín…. Es un primer piso. No tiene aire pero hay muy buena corriente aire con las ventanas abiertas que se agradece un montón,"
